DIARY
On Miyuki's phone is the entirety of her diary. Written initially on paper, she takes pictures of the entries with her phone as a back up measure. They are in a folder labelled "DIARY" but opening the app will immediately go to her final entry/message (as she wanted), so the folder is already opened.
Included are also the entries from canon. These are left as they were in canon, save for the last one which I rewrote a little because I'm sorry but it sucks shit. Fuck off Shimokura Vio that's stupid. (Molly Lee you just did the best with what you got) This does mean the entries about sex are left in, but they have all been marked with warnings in the subject line. That goes for all the other entries as well. She also sometimes just... makes shit appear in there? Like that last canon entry just "appears" so that's the logic I used for her last in game message too lol.
There are multiple entries with the same date because 1) in canon she pulls your computer's date for the entry, so if you played a lot in one day these all show that same date (the dates for these are all from my last canon review that all of this Miyuki's randomized elements are also from), 2) sometimes it was just easier to do multiple entries than try to shove it all into one lol. Don't worry about it too much.
There's also a video she took for extra emotional damage (labelled "FINAL")

When she's done she stays quiet for a little longer before sighing with relief. ]

[ She's quiet for a moment, fiddling with the ribbon absently as she stares down at the keys. ]
YOU know though... there was another reason I wanted to learn piano. A surprise I wanted to keep secret from YOU...
[ She settles her fingers on the keys ]
I had a hard time deciding on the song... if our worlds share the same classical music then there's probably other songs they share too... and this one's pretty famous so... uh...
[ She starts to play. Something much more simplistic than what she'd practiced
And then she sings.
When she's done she's quiet again, but her face is getting increasingly more and more red... until finally she quickly reaches for the phone. ]
Ugh, just forget it! That was so embarrassing--!!
[ As she moves to stop the recording though, ]
